I put 4.10s in a few years back when it was an AOD and just bolt ons, I was trapping at around 5600 rpm or maybe higher and I know at the track Ill be off the rev limiter, 4.10s are just to much now, Im in a debate with the 3.73s or 3.55s Im leaning heavily towards 3.73s and just wanted to know how much of a difference that will make at the track, not 1/4 mile wise or trap speed wise because i know there is to many variables but should my rpms be alot less now through the traps, I was shifting into 4th before the 1/8th mile before shifting at 5400 rpm. Im looking for the best gear for both street and strip, dont care about gas mileage.
