time to do timing

ok when timing it should i time it from btdc or atdc and what range of timing should i be in .16* 18* with the spout out thanks

Are you running boost timing retard? If you have a supercharger I wouldn't run the base timing that high without one.

IF you are looking at the balancer you look a the number to the right on TDC, set it to 10 degrees base (mark it with a sharpie or paint) with the spout out, you use thr sharp edge of the pointer.
