There will always be people ready to buy a clean Fox like yours so take your time selling it and get a good price for it. Is this car auto or 5-spd?

If he tells you a price and you have to think about it, don't sell...

If he tells you a price and it automatically makes you think, wow thats good money, think about it...

If he tells you some astronomical number, sell it...

That is a clean car, so if he starts offering $3000 for it, I would say avoid selling, unless your in need of money now.

+1. Just judging by the pictures, I wouldn't let that car go for less than $5-6K, unless you really need the money.

Im gonna have to say high 4k into the 5k ballpark. There not getting any cheaper then they are now. There going from old car to classic car status and values of foxs are gonna be on the rise. These cars were/are super popular and have all the makings for collectible status. Plus just like the 60's mustangs did in the 80's when baby-boomers started driving prices up to relive there youth. People that had these cars in the 80's and 90's are gonna start wanting to relive the glory days themselves.

I'm not saying it is worth that much, I'm saying if you don't need to sell, why settle on a so so or average price. If someone contacts me, asking to buy my car, they better expect to pay a premium for it. Basically the idea is, if it isn't readily for sale, don't epxect to get a deal offering to buy from me.

That and I'm selfish.

if i can get 3k ill be super happy. it needs a paint job, the clear is coming off on the front and rear. it has some light hail damage to the top, and it needs to go to the frame shop. my buddy dropped the front off in a small drainage ditch a couple of years ago. that pushed the rad. up about an inch and a half. i paid 2300 for it 3 years ago and if i can get close to that out of it ill let it go.

Clean fox indeed, but mostly it looks shiney because it's wet and the engine was just sprayed with some kind of gloss. Looks like a $3,200-3,600 range Mustang, not a bad deal at all.

looks like a 4000-5000 car but where I live someone would probably try selling it for 10 000+

Glad you're happy with the sale! If it would have been a coupe, my ass would have driven to you to pick it up! Looks to be a real clean Fox! Hope the new owner treats her well.
