timing for vortech v-2

im getting detonation in my engine after 3000 rpm (usually when i get boost) under full throttle all the way to redline. i have my predator set at the following
WOT: richened
2k-4k -6
4k-7k -6

SPARK ADVANCE: retard
2k-4k -6
4k-7k -6

am i running to much fuel or do i need to advance the spark or what. im a little confuse about this stuff. any help would be great

the Predator has been programmed for a blower car right? this isn't an off the shelf Predator i hope.

what octane is your fuel? it should be 92 or higher.

if you are getting detonation, you either don't have the right octane or you aren't getting enough fuel. or you have the timing advance too much.

yea the predator as far as i know has been programmed for s/c apllication and i am runnig 93 octane

i'm not familiar with the Predator, but i'd think you need to change the richened number higher. try 0 and see if it helps. i'm guessing -6 leans it out and +6 will make it rich.
