ok so 87 5.0 5spd
trying to get rid of the common surge demon!!! and i kinda did lol!
so i reset the tps to .96 and yes the was with motor warm and eengine off.
set idle to about 600rpm with iac disconnected and dis spout out. read that flipping the iac up side down helps so i did. then disconnect battery for 10 mins
connected the iac back and spout started it for 5 mins then turned it off then repeated but with all accesories on then turn it off then turn all accesories off and started it again so now my idle is running at 1000rpm
