I need to know how wide can I good with a weld rim but I still wont to run my tail pips and quad's?

Its going on a 88 Lx, I would like to run 9in in the rear but like I said I still wont to run my tail pips and quad's?

is that a 15 inch wheel a 16 or 17 , whats the offset of the rim??? and back spacing???? this all effects what size tire you can fit....

9" tire is fine. if you reverse the quads end for end, you can get 10 1/2" tire
