Ok, so im really interested in some 18" chrome deep dish wheels for my 05 gt...Im looking at americanmuscle.com and I want 18X 10 in the back and 18X9 in the front...however, the rear tires are 275/40-18 and the front are 255-45-18. The sidewalls are a different size, but thats what they have.....is this ok? is it noticable? I know mixing tires isnt usually good, but theyre the same tire, just dif sidewall. I dont want it to look strange after spending that kind of money! Thanks for the help!

To me, the slight difference in height on the GT500's is quite noticeable.
They use a 285/40-18 on the rear, which is slightly taller than the 275/40 but slightly shorter than the 255/45's on the front. I guess it depends on how sensitive your eyes are to that type of thing.

This is one of the best tire calculators I've found for working out the rolling radius:

we had those exact same sizes on ours for a while, with a 18x9 wheel, and it is noticeable. now we are running 18x9 wheels, with 255/45/18 front and 295/45/18 rear, a whole lot better looking...
