Are 245 45 16's too big for a stock 90 gt? Rubbing up front an issue when turning?

I wouldn't think it would be a "problem"...you will have some minor rubbing lock to lock....

quick question, I recently did my suspension and I removed the quad shocks and want to run bigger tires. I own an 89 LX. I'm currenty running 255x45x17 in the rears and 245x45x17 up front. My question is that I want to go to 275's or maybe bigger in the rears on a 17x9 rim, would I come across any problems?

Those tires are shorter than stock...just an FYI. 245/50-16 would be the stock height equivalent.

I've never seen that size for a street tire. I think its only for "track only" competition tires.

Yes...it would be. But I've never seena tire in that size, nor would I put it on a 7" rim anyway.

Good point they shouldn't go on a 7" rim. But they have the same diameter as stock. They won't screw up your speedometer

woah SEVAN's ? messed everyone up... SEVAN those 275s should fit fine... especially since your quads have been removed... and hopefully your 17in rims have the right amount of backspacing...

and 89GX was refering to K12's tire pick saying they are not gonna be the same height as stock... so your speedo will read slower... the 50series would be same as stock as the plus 1 system goes... and make your speedo read correctly... but you already ordered the tires...

it all depends on your rims backspacing and the actual wall width of your tires... just afit and fix thing really.. .but with tires that wide... i hope you rolled the fenders already...
