ok so i think i decided to get some cobra r's soon, and i was wondering what size tire i need to keep the same diameter so i wont have to get a new speedo gear or have any reprogramming done. i want 275's in the back if possible. im planninng on 17"x9" cobra rs by the way. thanks.

Best is 255/40 all the way around, though 275/40's should work without too much hassle in back.

would 275/40/17 back and 245/45/17 front mess up my speedo calibration? is 245 fine for the front or should i go 255/40?

Shouldn't mess up your speedo calibration. It might read 1mph slower with the 275/50/17s. I'd go with 255/40/17 all around. If you did that, it'd probably read 2-3 mph higher than stock.

I'm running 255/40/17 front & 265/40/17 out back...
anything larger than 255s out back may require clearancing

245/45/17's front and 275/40/17's rear

Those two sizes will keep the tire close to stock to keep the speedo on target
