Tire time...

Gettin new tires very soon, I've decided the size I want is 245/50/16 for the ponies, right now I am running 235/55/16. What brand should I go with? I want something with nice traction and not too quick wear, but a decent tire, no more Futura Super Sports Looking to spend aroun 150 a tire. Oh and expect a badass burnout/donut/powersliding vid soon, gotta get rid of the rest of the rubber on these badboys!!!

dunno if they make the bfg comp ta zr tire in a 16 but for the minimal amount of treadwear they have, they actually last quite awhile. had the 17's mounted back in 2000 and were half bald by 2004 with lots of roasting and visits to the track

if u lie corners or anything like that u will lose some of that. some people say they could tell a diff but i could just by going to a 245/50 on just the rear so i went back to 225/50 all around.

Go with BFG G-Force KDW tires. Can't really beat them and they are a little less than $150 per tire.

My vote goes for BFG and I'd buy 'em from The Tire Rack
