Which of these tire combo's would be better ... not much 1/4 mi, it is a DD. It will probably be dropped 1.5" as well, so I'm not sure if the 315'w would fit w/o too much modification...

315's will fit without any mods, mine rub if i crank it allll the way either direction but just barely.. Im still stock height but that isn't where it rubs anyways, it depends on what you want, the big difference is traction and appearance. The 10.5's look just awesome, i went with them and dont regret it at all! I think you can find better prices than that though, look on ebay to start, i got my cobra R's through ebay for 800 shipped and the 315x35x17 nitto drag radials for 300 through http://www.savastire.com/wheels_tires/nitto_tires.htm and just got the cheapest tires i could find for the front.

I have 17 x 9 Cobra R rims with Bridgestone 275/40-ZR17 and they never rub on my 98 GT but there isn't much extra room. I would go with the second set so you will still have the option of rotating them. :nice:

really, I thought those prices were pretty good, once you figure in shipping from two places for wheels and tires, then paying to get them mounted and balanced locally w/valve stems which will run me like at least $60

I know the regular cobra's are a little more expensive then mine but all together mine were under 1300, that is an awesome price considering what your getting, just if you shop around you can probly knock off another hundred or 2 :nice:
