BFgoodrich comp t/a drag radials. . i love mine. Get them nice and hot at the track and they work like magic. The MT e/t drag radials are supposed to be really good as well. They look sweet too.

I dont know much about drag tires sorry. But its fine to use slicks in the back with my 17X9 cobra R's on 265's in the front right? and what size slicks will fit on a 5.0 without and bodywork or mods?

If you have a smaller wheel, such as a turbine, or a weld 15 in wheel, it will consequently lower your gear ratio as compared to using a 16 in pony or anything largeer with the same tread depth. When you go to the track, you should use your smallest wheels with drag radials or slicks. This also gives you more room on a stock wheel well to put higher profile tires. I think Nitto drag radials would be good, I wouldn't put slicks on a stock 130,000 mi. car like mine.

Not to jack the thread, but what's up with those M/T drag radials? Are they out yet? Anybody know anything about them?

Yes. The drag radials are out. i don't know if summit or jegs has them in stock yet but there are other vendors around that have them for around $150 a piece.

$150 isn't bad at all. How do these compare to the Nittos mileage-wise? Better or worse?
