What is a good all around tire. I do not drive in bad weather so keep that in mind I realy like the Nitto look and the BFG look. So what do you guys recomend. Mostly my car sits in the garage and collects dust but I do like to take it out once or twice a month for fun and some times to the drag strip or road course track so again what would a good tire be and were could I get them at a good price. thanks. oh yeah a good price for me is $250 and under

Without a doubt BFG g force Drag radials.
You'll get about 5000-7000 miles out of them, and they stick like glue. If you drive the car as little as you do, they should last you 2 years or even more. And they ride better, and i haven't had a handling issue.

I use a 275/35/18, and after about 5 minutes of driving even in the winter, they hook hard in first gear, and hook completely in second. Even during a full powershift.

Oh, and almost forgot, they aren't all that expensive either.
Nitto's suck, they cost $100 more a tire, and hook half as well.

I run Falken 285/35/18 rear and Falken 265/35/18's front, Its a good looking tire and the best I could find price wise. It was even less than the Korean import tires.

I'd recommend the BFG G-Force Sports. I had a set on my dearly departed SVT Contour & was very pleased with them; so much so that I've ordered a set for my wife's Focus to replace the OEM G-Force KDW's that I swapped onto her car from the Contour.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the dry/wet handling provided by the G-Force line of tires from BFG & they also look pretty good, too. Not to mention they are probably the most inexpensive ultra high performance tire available.

i've got Yokohama AVS 295s on the rear...GREAT tire, i've had little traction problems. probably one of the more underrated out there.

The BFG's will give you the most miles. I've have used almost every tire out there except the Michelin's (way too much $$$) and got almost 2 1/2 X's the miles out of the BFG's compared to any other tire under the same driving conditions - throttle full on or full off

I don't have any pictures but you get some at http://discounttire.com or at http://www.tirerack.com.

I have run 295/35-18 on the optional 10 rear wheel from Saleen and 265/35-18 on the front.

I also ran the BFG Drag Radials in 315/30-18's on the rear with no problems.
