TKO 600 PROBLEMS

I have the trans in but when I installed the driveshaft, the driveshaft will not rotate. The car is in neutral. I no im not bottemed out because i can move the driveshaft forward into the trans more. Also Im not sure the trans shifts into 1st. Does it barly go into 1st? I have an aluminum driveshaft with the 31 spline slip yoke. The crossmember is modified, Mcleod bellhousing and have a new clutch disk. Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you have a chance to shift the trans out of the car and rotate the input shaft? Was it able to into all the gears and watch the output rotate?

I was able to shift through the gears with the trans out of the car, had the same problem with first tho. didn't look if the output was rotating, sounds like the trans is coming back out.

I am in the middle of instaling my TKO600. I just finished putting my yoke on the DS last night and making some delrin spacers to use my stock shift handle(really broke now). I was able to go through all the gears. It wasn't that smooth but I figured as much due to no fluids. Did you pull that rubber seal where the yoke goes? I wasn't able to turn my over by hand with it in. Sorry to hear your gonna pull it most likely.
