With all the bad I've heard about TKO500's and 600's I'd get a T56.

MY Cobra's stock T45 has been great for the past 5 years with a supercharger....I actually just had my transmission shop take it all apart for inspection. I needed a clutch and I have long tubes, so I figured better pay some extra cash for an inspection while it's out. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, so they put it back together with all the original parts. I don't power shift, or do 5,000PRM clutch dumps either though.

yours is a freak, my friends stock car killed his t45, ive killed 4 t5's now and just went to a 3550. But I yank the piss out of my car...

I've seen a 3550 in a turbod mustang making 630 rwhp. I wouldn't advise it, though. The 10 spline input shaft is the weak point there. TKOs come with a 26 spline input.

Everything, if you treat it harshly enough for long enough is going to break. It happens. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the available options. If your power level is going to top 600 someday I'd invest the money once in the G-Force T-56, but that's still no guarantee that it won't break at some point. If you you aren't breaking stuff, you aren't driving hard enough.

I've had a friend running a viper spec and a 300 shot on an LSx. 700ish hp, Full slicks and beating the hell out of it and it's never been a problem. I've been pretty impressed
