I don't think the shaker will be functional though. Alternative Auto did a KB 2.2 on an 04 Mach and the Shaker wasn't functional SEE HERE It was also in the July 05 MM&FF

I don't care if the shaker isn't functional anymore...it does very little anyway. I just liked it for the look. I tried contacting Alternative auto about a bracket a long time ago and they never returned my emails.

Try again, or give them a call. I'm sure now it's maybe somewhat starting to slow down being it's getting towards the end of summer, they'll be slow enough to tell you how they did it.

Not My friends, but I agree with you, KB is the only way to go, and hence why I asked the question on how people enjoyed theirs.

i heard bout the bad after sales service too..and bout the hp #s been way off..iam thinking twice about it for my 99 cobra..i heard the 5psi kit only mustered 350rwhp ,when it claimed to make 426rwhp???? do a search.

Thanks for the input, but you got to check the dates of the post, it was from 08-05, I've since got the KB and love the results.

Okay... after tons of research, it's not the product that people get pissed at so much... it's the service...

Guess what guys? After this posting I did finally order me a KB 1.7... blah blah see sig.

The service sucks. First I spoke to some girl that seems to be in a hurry to the bathroom or something. She is useless. She'll be off that phone in under 60 seconds. The guy I am dealing with (and I won't post his name yet) but he seems overworked and under enthusiastic about his job. I just wrote them a $5600 check which they cashed very quickly but you think I get any personal attention...? It better be a ****in hot item for me having to be treated so weak. I get better response and service from the places I order my $5 lunches from. I'll be posting all I experience with these guys. They need to get off there high horse and quit acting like "soup Nazis".
