I was in the process of ordering some Tokico HP's from stangsuspension.com (5% discount, so I hear) but I had noticed on maximummotorsports' website they have different shocks for lowered stangs. What should I do here?

Email StangSuspension. They'll answer your questions by the next day. Sometimes within hours. I've emailed MM multiple times and never got a response.
Right on, I'm actually talking to a guy from stangsusp right now...we'll get to the bottom of this.
