HA!!! I put the off road h-pipe on the car today........within 3 minutes of leaving the house on the test drive, somebody already called the cops on me!!!

Whatif you took the sheids/housing off your stock cats and welded those onto the H pipe. It'd look like it was catted then

It would look catted, but it won't cover up the fact that your car sounds like the world is coming to an end.

Any cop or inspection guy who isn't dumb isn't going to fall for the welded on heat shield trick
