Took car to the track for first time.

Well I ran it for the first time. I wasn't impressed? It was windy so they only ran 1/8 mile. My best time was with mods in sig. and a 100 shot of nitrous.

I ran 2 hundrenth's faster than a bone stock ls1 auto. camaro and about 3 tenth's slower than a newer lighting. What do you guys think? Is this about right for a worn out 302 5 speed?

i dunno sounds like it should be running a little better than that with those mods. i ran mine last night and it's a bone stock (all the way to the factory exhaust) with a set of 3.08s and it ran a 9.77.

that was decent if it was all motor. There is no time in your sig and you didnt say that you used the nitrous or not.. if you did. Theres a problem.

with my mods in sig i ran 9.20 @ 78mph with regular street tires. With drag radials i run 9.08

Uh yeah.... Those aren't very good. If it was all motor that would have been good cuz you would be trapping like 97 in the 1/4 but on the spray you should have been trapping atleast 6 more mph in the 1/8
