Took her to the strip again!!

I got to go to the local drag strip again last night and got a 13.33 out of my little almost stock car!! i have been really impressed with these cars again and again i have had people tell me i would never even see mid 13.5s!! for the second time i have ever had my car on the track i think it was pretty damn good!

Congrats! That's a great time!
A low DA(cool, dry air at a low altitude), and good launching/shifting wll put these cars in the low 13's without a problem. Some similarly modded S197 GT's have even dipped into the high 12's with power shifting and street tires on a very well prepped track.

yep thats the plan!! i still need to feel this goofy clutch out i have only had the car a month!! once i break into a 12 im leavin her alone.

thx but you would hate my friend he has one that is stock as hell with just an aftermarket h and magna flows runnin a damn 13.2... i hate him lol its ok i think with more seat time by next spring with the car exactly the same i will pull right at a 13.00 i guess he is my reason for pushin myself!!
