I NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOU GOT YOUR EMBLEMS FROM?!?!?

I have been looking for those for a long time. I found them on mustangtuning, however, it looks like they send you two of the same emblems, so the slanted part would face forward on one side of the car and backward on the other side.... It looks like yours slant forward on both sides.... Where did you get them from?? I wanted those before I originall got my running ponies, but now i have a paint problem where there is an outline of clear coat around my old GT emblems when I take them off so i cant put the running ponies on or it looks stupid... DO those cover the entire spot where the old GT emblems used to go?

BTW, the car looks sweet!!

So they came like that where both emblems slant forward as it should be on both sides of the car?

I called Mustangtuning and they told me that you get two of the same kind of badges... which would make it look like i described above...

i didn't call them because to be honest, i never even thought about what you are describing, but it does make sense. i just hated the GT badges on a Bullitt, so i ordered them and this is how they came. i am sure they are all the same, one is left and one is right. they were $32.95 for the pair shipped.

not much really, but here goes. stock Tokico shocks and struts, Kenny Brown Strut Tower Brace, Kenny Brown Lower Chassis Brace, Kenny Brown Jack Rails, Subframes and Matrix Braces, and MRT Bullitt Specific Lowering Springs. it handles like it is on rails.

Another question for you... did you modify the badges at all before you put them on. the pic on mustangtuning shows them with black inserts...

Also, when i asked before if the new badges are big enough, i know they cover the holes, but Check out this thread for me real quick and let me know if they will cover this up or not....

I have those badges too.

BigChiefSmokem-Yes those are his (and my) badges in the link you posted. His just look a little lighter because of the angle of the pic or possibly the flash from the camera. They are textured too so that could have something to do with it. I ordered mine directly from the company that makes them, unfortunatly I can't remember the site, but I think I paid $35 plus shipping.
You get a left side and a right side badge so they will both face the correct direction on the car.
As far as covering the outline of you old GT badge, I'm not sure. They are definalty big enough top to bottom, but I'm not sure if they are long enough.
There are some pics on my site, but I don't have any close ups of them.

One tip for anyone who gets these. DO NOT get any wax on them. Its like getting wax on the plastic parts on your car.

Anyways, sorry to butt in, just wanted to be helpful.

Yeah, thanks guys you answered my questions. Sorry to hijack the thread, but you WERE showing off your new badges, so i thought it would be an acceptable means of discussion in this thread. Anyway I guess i'll have to find the length of them somewhere and see if maybe they will cover up the outline I have.
