I've heard the same about Jeffs cutomer service very informative. I've actually heard the same about Ziano so I'm a little surprised. Since I'm a really big fan of Klasse All-in-one I would love to try Jeffs Prime Strong.
it makes my car look real dirty.and that spot clean. I also found one of my wheel caps and try some on it. can you say bling. (post pics later)
I've always had great email contact with Sal Zaino. To be fair, his website has TONS of information on what product does what and what you need to purchase, so he probably should have referred you to that.
Good luck as I have heard SG can be picky and be a pain to remove, thin , thin ,thin and post you're results.Well last weekend I was too busy fighting with headers, and its raining today, but tomorrow is calling for glorious weather and I have nothing else to do so I'll be posting before and after pics of my car with 4 coats of the Klass stuff (2 coats AIO, 2 coats sealer-glaze). I won't stop buffing 'till it looks like glass

This stuff is amazing! I put 2 coats of the AIO (easiest stuff ever to apply/wipe-off) and the difference whas night and day. Then 1 coat of the SG and the color just popped even more so. And you guys were right about it being a b***h to buff-off. And the AIO also restored my cowl cover, it took-off the hazy white oxidation and now it looks brand new.
