any thing to remove the top speed limiter and whats the top speed of a four banger with it on and of

you starve your car out WAY before you could imagine hitting a governer, and i dont think our cars really have one.

i've riding alongside a 2000 buick regal, and he was feeding me MPH over our phones.
i managed to get the 4banger after mods to 117, but it was retarded, and took like 2 minutes to get there.......
anything over 100 and it moves like snails

138mph and boucing off the rev limiter in my svo. my old 87 n/a 2.3 would only do 110 or so. to my knowledge there isnt a governer in fox bodys....

there isnt a governor in most cars that old. i've taken my '91 turbo shadow up to 130 but that was enough for me because it was pretty much floating.
