Reality is it can not work...so much air turbulence is created by the bend at the TB, redirection at the intake runners etc, that any remote idea that you could change or effect air rotation into the chambers is just rediculus. Really want to increase MPG...get a tuneup, ensure no codes are present, then off to the dyno and request the absolute best curve for milage rather than HP and get a chip burnt for that purpose. These things remind me of the Zmax products...so many promises followed by such a large governmental law suit over false claims.

Get a Tornado and hook an air compressor line to the cai, compressed air tank superchargers ftw.

If your concerned about MPG You may want to replace: the tach gear, Replace Blinker Fluid Modulator and top off the blinker fluid,, torque the muffler bearings and install a new O-Pipe , replace the Piston Return Spring, tighten the Clutch Belt, buy premium Spark Plug Wire cleaner,INstall the new sparkless spark plugs , Get a new Engine Oil Bypass kit, and clean your horn injector.

That should about do it.

While you're at it you can get one of those magnets that go on the fuel line, and one of those ACT chips.

We were joking around at work about that one day, it seems it would work in theory. If I had an air tank I'd hook it up to my escort wagon and show those LS1's whats up.

Could you imagine being in the middle of a race, neck to neck, hit the compressor switch and put a car on them. The other guy would be like 'What the hell was all that noise?!!!'

That'll cost you about the same as that Tornado thing too.

In theory yes. I'd acutally like to try that. It most likely wont work...but hey, what could it hurt?

Its not like i'm trying to sandblast (err...port and polish) my engine while its running.

+1! this is a much more cost effective way of increasing hp dramatically, while lowering emissions and fuel consumption. i can't believe it's still in the prototype phase....
