Torque Box ???

I don't know exactly what the torque box is. Is it to the inside of the frame or the outside. I have been reading about bad torque boxes so I want to see what shape mine are in.Any pics would be great

If you find the FRONT bolt that attaches the rear lower control arm to the body you will find the TQ box. The bolt is in the TQ box, goes through the arm to the frame.

The Upper TQ box is where the front bolt for the UPPER control arm connects to the body.
