Well... if all goes well on friday we will be the proud owners of a cobra... 93 that is... yes teal.. and yes it will be erics new "car show" baby..

so what car would you sell?.. the 03 or my 91...

If we sell the 03 with that money we will buy a nice newer daily driver( explorer or expedition) and split the rest of the money and each dump it into our cars( 93 & 91)

If we sell the 91, I get the 03 as my new race car and I continue to drive my 93 4 cly as a bad weather daily driver and since eric gets the short end of this deal he'll get most of the money for his new car from the sale of the 91

Another thing to consider... the 91 wont drop in value but the 03' will and is.. we have about 7-8k invested(not counting what we paid for them) in either car and would sell the 91 for 8-10k. The 03' we would sell for 20-22k.

What are your honest thoughts?

Thanks

I think you should keep whichever one needs an MSD6AL and line lock.

Personally I would get the 93 (sweet color BTW) and keep your 91. The 2003 GT's are a dime a dozen and you already have alot invested in both cars. It is getting extremely tough to find a decent Fox Body out there and I think you would regret getting rid of it. My $.02

Which one do you like driving more, the 91 or 03? If you can't live without one or the other, keep that.

Personally, I'd get rid of the 03 while it's still hot. The value on it will drop, and of course go back up in a decade or so if you want to wait it out.

But I could see how it would be hard for you guys to get rid of it, it's a beautiful car for sure, and I would not have an easy time letting it go.

-The Fox is unique, and likely paid off. Do you like making payments? I dont!
-As a drag car to punish on once a week, I would say Fox. (cheaper, faster already)
-As a show car, everyone has late model cars with bling wheels. The Fox is unique.

I vote keep the Fox.

yep, if you want to race it definately keep the 5.0L over the 4.6L...easy call.

Honestly I wouldn't go buy an SUV either and keep driving the 4-cyl anyway, much better financial sence.

I would keep the fox alot better car for drag racing and also parts are cheaper for a 5.0. Plus like said befor its getting really really hard to find a clean straight fox body!

You will probably have a hard time selling the 03 at that price.

You can probably get it. But its going to take awhile to find someone willing to shell out that much.

But, I have no Idea what you have done to the car.

It sure is beautiful, I can at least attest to that much! But as I said before, totaly think you should keep the fox.

As hard as it may be, Sell the '03, race/show the '91,
get the better D&D, and definately show/shine the '93.
(since it's the 1st and last year of the "Fox-Cobra")
Man, I bet there's a few people out there that wish they had this hard decision to make.

Good Luck,
Roger

Ummmmmmmm isnt that what this is all about? You having tons of money in either of these cars and your trying to deside witch to sell The 03 is beautiful and as some of the others i think the $$$$$ is to much ? Unless you deside to demod it? Anyways keep the fox! Why buy another truck (SUV) with a huge payment and even bigger gas bill everytime? What happen to the ranger? peace
