tps trashed, tb to blame.

the part that goes in my tps from my tb is too small and it wore out the edges on the inside and now my tps is all messed up and there is play in it. i have a bbk tb, has anyone had this happen to them or know of a tps that can fix it?

dude im serious, this is no bs thread. When you look at the underside of my tps mine is all worn out cause there is play between the tps and the end of the throttle shaft and it wore it out.

Alright, first of all, have you ever changed the stock tps or is it still the original? Factory installed/original tps like to do that over the years. You may simply be able to purchase a new one and not worry about it. Otherwise, some throttle bodies require a bushing/spacer that goes down in the hole where the shaft sticks out. It helps to keep the shaft straight and acts as a "seat" for the tps
