Good times man. First time out with this GT i turned a 13.86@100.99, but AS USUAL the 60' time sucked (2.2). Just like d98gt said, the weather down here SUCKS for racing. The humidity was at 90% and the temp was at 85. Goin back this saturday and hoping for a nice 70 degree low humidity day to cut a 13.6 with an x-pipe and catback Keep us updated on your mods and times

HEY CONGRATS! Im really glad you liked it....and now your officially addicted . And IMHO you did a VERY good job...great work .
Its weird dude, like everytime you go, you just seem to get a little better....and pretty soon you will shave off 3 tenths and you dont feel like youve done much LOL. Its crazy how it works...running the 1/4 seems to be more of an art then anything else.

Its ALL about how you get out of the hole...makes a huge impact on #s. Your car has 13.5s in it with those DRs...all you need is a 1.90 60'.
I know because I ran a 13.5 @ 100.3 W/ a 1.909 60' back a while ago....your car should do a bit better than that IMO.

Planning on adding anything else before your next visit to the track?

Thanks man. No this car is staying AS IS until next summer. I'm broke at the moment and I figure i'll try and make another trip to the track before winter fully sets in. Then save more trips and mods for the summer again.

I do have an SCT tuner that i'm thinking of playing with the spark timing....but no, no more mods coming.

And thanks for the compliments guys. I know my car has 13.5ish potential as well, but I was pleased with my 14.0 for the 1st time
