1st run:
R/T - .771
60' - 2.328
1/4 - 14.818
MPH - 96.81

2nd run:
R/T - .919
60' - 2..129
1/4 - 14.750
MPH - 96.14

I should be faster. I did spin my tires a bit when luanching tho, so that affected my 60' time. (Guess I need some better tires). But OVERALL what yall suggest I do? get some 3.73 GEARZ? HOW Much would labor be for installing gearz? I alos have plans for Steeda pullies and T/A. Also a new C&L plenum and 75mm Throttle body..
If I get those mods think Ill be much faster? I am also looking at getting an H-pipe Catted (for more of a muscle car sound)

If you don't plan on Supercharging, pop for 4.10s instead of 3.73s. Labor for the install will run around 200$.

what kind of tires did you run with? also, my friends have had considerably better luck on the 1320 with x-pipe... but idk if it makes a diffrence between x and h.

Until then Imma go with basic bolt-ons...

yea itd be a good idea to just get a nice set of track tires thatll fit your stock bullitt wheels, that you jsut use on track days. and if you're serious enough about it, why not take off the cobra wing just for track days?

those serious enough about 1320 times dont run it with what they drive everyday...if you can, defintely get some good tires.

oh man i feel the pain on the wait for s/c that poor n/a 4.6..i'm right there with you!!! 3 years!!!!

here is a hint...don't use "Z" where an "S" is appropriate. That will lower your E.T.'s by a considerable amount...

Firs time I went to the track, I ran simular numbers with my mods. The next week, I was running high 13's. It just takes practice.

Were you running a full tank of 87 octane in the car? I did that my first time and the car was pinging

Maybe I will take the Spare tire out the trunk..that will loose a good 20 poundZ.

I find it hard to belive imma loose 2 mph's because of a WING. Why da hell they put it on the 00 Cobra R if its gon make it slower? I was running the same numbers before I even had the wing installed so that theory is a good one but no cigar.

When I get the kenne bell installed all others shall bow down

Oh and I was running with a full tank of 93 mobil gas.

ugh 3 years is what I got to pay off this car! After im done paying off the car its gon be a modded beast!

You just need practice driving. Maybe change your technique up a little bit.

My Bone stock '03 GT runs 14.2's @ 97MPH up at New England Dragway.....and those are sloppy runs. I could get more out of it.

running a full tank of gas will add a lot of weight , try using 1/8 a tank instead, and I hear the stock mustang wing will slow you donw in the 1/4 by 1mph so it doesnt surprise me the r wing would be 2mph.
