To add ABS to a non-ABS car, you would need to get:
-ABS module (computer)
-hydraulic control pack, containing pump, reservoir, and valving
-ABS-specific piping
-four toothed sensor rings, which are pressed onto the axles
-four wheel sensors
-ABS wiring and fusing, which the stock fusebox does not include
And then you would have to hope that it all worked once you got it all installed. You're talking a huge project here- not only in installation but also removal of the gear from the donor car. On a scale from 1 to 10, this one's a 12!
The traction control is integrated into the ABS system. It senses wheel slip and retards the timing to reduce engine power until the slippage stops. I don't know if there is a seperate module for that, or just the switch, but you would need those too!
It would be much, much easier to just buy a vehicle that came with this stuff!
