My transmission grids every gear but fifth.
My Rear makes crazy sounds.

What transmission should I buy and with what type of gearing?
and
Would I see better gain with 4.10 and a Intake?
or
Something like 3.55 or 3.73 and Nitrous?

The trans depends on how much you've got to spend. A T5 is [obviously] a direct swap and will take a good beating. You could go with the "close(r) ratio" T5 - the T5Z. I'm not sure on prices, but I think you'd have to change the input and output shafts, as they are made for Fox-body cars. I would call either Bob Hanlon or D&D Performance. You will find them most helpful if you decide to go with a T5.

As for the rear - go with 4.10's and nitrous. On a 26" tire, you'll be able to trap 115-ish on the limiter. Once you go past those speeds, get a taller tire or cut back on the gearing depending on your plans.

I have the fox bellhousing with a beat fox t5 I want to go with the t5 z or world class but what is the difference and will it hold up to future modifactions.

I would like to see an intake and all the other boltons on my car in the future.
Well heads and cam seem like they will be out of my reach for a while.
But can nitrous and 4.10 with et streets hook on the track and how will it drive on the street with street tires

There are about 3 trillion different versions of a WC T5. Last I checked, the WC T5's are rated for 300 ft/lbs of torque and the T5Z's are rated at 330 ft/lbs. The T5Z, as I said before, has closer ratios than the WC T5's do. The Z's have a 2.95 1st gear and the WC's have a 3.35 1st.

Nitrous, ET Streets and a 4.10 gear will hook perfectly fine. An ET Street can hold everything you throw at it, and then some. You should be more concerned with not grenading the rear rather than it hooking up. 4.10's are a perfectly fine street gear.

Instead of backing off gearing later should I just go with 3.73 now or plan on a higher reving motor after h/c/i

Also Nitrous
What Brand?
What Shot?
What Style? Wet or Dry?

And how will the car perform on Nittos or BFGs

This all with the 2.95 first gear T5 Z
