Tranny Issues.

My T5 is really starting to get on my nerves.When running it is a pain in the rear to get into 1st, grinds going into 2nd, wont go into 5th and grinds like no tomarrow going into reverse. Also have to floorboard the clutch to shift. I can hear it click into all gears when the engine isnt running. Any one have any idea what is wrong with it?

Sounds like clutch and syncros, are you running the stock quadrant?

yea, it's bone stock.

Try reaching your hand up to the quadrant, and push the pedal just a tiny bit, the grab the quadrant and pull it counter clockwise, it should click. Then try to shift and drive it, if it works, then you should get an aftermarked quadrant.
