So I go to install the tranny mount today but the new mount would not line up. I got a Urethane mount from 50resto. They said they would return the mount and Im think of goin w/ the Energy Suspension mount.
Before I do all of this I want to make sure i wasnt doing anything wrong. I took the old mount out, when I tried to put the new mount in the bolts kept trying to go in croocked, I jacked the tranny up and down a little bit but it still wouldnt go in right, You dont have to remove the H-pipe do you? Im sure it would be a little easier to get to the bolts but its not necessary is it? Am I supposed to remove the crossmember?
