I've had my 05 for about 6 weeks now and it only has 400 miles. I have offically lost 2nd gear. Just wanted to know if anyone else with a 5-speed manual has had or is having this problem. Mine is in getting the warrenty work as we speak.

I think that the 3650 issues have been addressed. I hope that yours was a fluke.

Great....the 3650 issues continue.

I thought they had this tranny fixed by now. It's only been 5 years.

I personally think it has something to do with the hydrolic clutch set-up. I beleive that the hydrolic lines are too big and are not able to hold the proper pressure and due to that, it's not fully ingaging the clutch and thats causing the sycros to wear at an incredible pace. I have a feeling that there will be more problems for others as well, but it'll be fixed... no worries

I have over 3000 miles on mine with no symptoms of a tranny problem yet.

I haven't really driven the car hard at all. I mean, I've had some fun with it a few times for pictures, but thats about it.

still the car has next to no miles on it. Reguardless, i'm getting a full NEW tranny & clutch set-up. No questions asked, they just want it fixed and not have anymore problems. I couldn't agree more.

But I still love the car!

They are talking about the manual trannie, not the auto.
