my nephew has an 88 lx vert. and we pulled the tranny to replace the rear main seal everything went well and car is running like usual except for the tranny is leaking fluid out of the slip yoke, is there a seal that I might have damaged when replacing the drive shaft?
Make sure you check the amount of play with the yoke in the tranny. As long as you have it out already, it would be to your advantage to relace the seal AND the bushing in the tailshaft housing. Also, the slip yoke if it's worn. JMHO.
