tranny--something's fishy...

so my tranny mount was busted. went and bought one at advance, didn't fit the car--incorrect part. went back to return it and had them bring out a fox mount--this is what i had.

does this mean someone swapped out the cross member? could that mean i have a t5 from a fox? is it still "world class"? here ar ethe #'s i found on the id tag and on the tranny casing:

pretty sure the fox mount is the same as ours. just a different crossmember

My guess is Advance f***ed up on the first try and gave you one for a '96-up.

i saw the part # on the screen listed for a 94 GT 302ci and it matched the # on the mount itself, though.

Energy Suspension lists the same mount for 79-98.

And the Id tag says its a 94.

F = 90
4 = year.

ah, sweet, so then that does mean i have a "world class" t5. i was thinking someone may have swapped in a non-WC tranny from an earlier fox and that they put the cross member in with it.

what's still boggling me is that they list this for a 94 5.0 w/ t5:

i know the lower one is what i had on my car (originally an automatic, swapped for a t-5 and i kept the mount... i think they're supposed to be the same for both AT and MT so i have no clue what that top mount is, sorry.
