trans question

I have a tremec 3550 and the 4th synchro went out. It was driveable but now when i go to 4th and press the gas it just grind and dont go anywhere. Should i rebuilt it or just get a new trans? Should i get the 500tko or 600tko? Mods below and it will be s/c in about 2 months!!

I would upgrade to a TKO if you plan on running a supercharger. Although I'm not sure how much TQ the 3550's can handle. But you'll be making quite a bit of it.

If you plan on running slicks grab the TKO with the 26 spline input shaft.
