assuming this is an aod-e and not a regular aod i completely agree, you will definately want to replace the accumulators since this was even recommended by ford to all trans shops (ford knows the ones they put in stock sucked anyways) i guess as far as the valvebody goes, there isnt a lot more to replace except for maybe the gasket seals and orings... im not an expert either but i had my aod-e rebuilt a year or two back and i had him upgrade a few things while he was at it
