transmission conversion

alright, im diving in over christmas break, god be with me lol. i think i have everything, can someone throw a good parts list at me for converting an 01 gt auto to a tremec 3650? just to make sure im not forgetting anything. ; )
also, i need a few key bolts and stuff like that, little bits and pieces, does anyone know of a good site for these kinds of things? also, any info on the ecu swap and necessary wiring would be awesome.

Only place I can think of is the junk yard, unless you want to try stangparts.com. As for ECU just get a manual one and get the PATS redone at the dealership else you won't be able to start it. Have fun, I'm keeping mine auto! I don't need another headache....

i did it over summer break(1 week and 3 days (2.5 hours of goofing around/day))

here's a list off the top of my head:
tob
pilot bearing
transmission(duh)
transmission harness
crossmember
lower rubber shift boot
shifter
flywheel(depends if you have 8 or 6 bolt crank)
clutch
pressure plate
driveshaft
ecu
clutch/brake pedal assembly
clutch cable with the thingamathings for the firewall
i would sugest you check if your tranny still has the dustshield on the bottom of the tranny where the clutch cable goes in... you might need it
you need tranny oil
and i can't remember much more... good luck and you will love your car when it's done

make sure your 3650 tranny is one of the good one not the fubar ones some of us have.
