Transmission power capacity?

Does anyone know how much hp and tq a stock fox body mustang tranny can handle before causing problems? Also, what is the best all around tranny for a 400hp stang?

Anything past stock and its a crap shoot. I've seen stock mustangs blow their tranny's and I've seen supercharged mustangs with stock tranny's last years. I've heard good things about the TKO 500/600 trannys. Look them up.
