Trasmission Problem---transmission control module????

My AODE drives fine until it gets hot than it starts in 2nd gear and you have to let off the gas in order for it to slip into gear unless you drive very slow through gears. I have replace the neutral safety switch/filter etc... the only thing else besides it needing a REBUILD!!! would be the transmission control module.......
any suggestions on what to do?
