Ok, still working the bugs out of my car. It has a bad vibration, so I loooked at the trans and see its basically sitting on the crossmember. The mount is good, but look at the pic, the mount bolts are all the way to the back of the crossmember, anyone else have this problem, if so , what did you do to fix it? Sorry about the cell pics, but you get the idea....
I talked to Rick about this, just seeing if there is any other solution..
As far as the welds, is it the welds on the crossmember itself or on the crossmember mounts that are on the car itself??

There IS a trans mount right? If not get a prothane mount! As far as it sitting one way or another in the cross member dosent matter.BUT if your worried about it then cut the welds on the outer ends of the trans mount that are around the round ends and reweld it up.peace

Yes, the trans mount is good. Its just the trans is sitting or should say touching the crossmember and causing a bad vibration....
