It’s been awhile since I’ve purchased it, which GM Synchromesh do they recommend? #104006 ACDelco Synchromesh Transmission Fluid or #104014 ACDelco Synchromesh Transmission Fluid Friction Modified? Or a different one? Thanks

Which Tremec? They recommend different fluids for different trans. TKO? 3550? T-56? T-5?

Tremec makes their own fluid now, so they recommend Tremec HP-MTF for all their trans

HP-MTF High Performance Manual Transmission Fluid was developed specifically for TREMEC aftermarket transmissions.

However, prior to this, it was a mix of GM Synromesh, D3 and Merv V depending on which Tremec. I don't want to list them all out though.

I also have a TKO600 ready to replace it

EDIT: So it appears that new HP MTF works for my applications

The 3550 takes GM 12345349
