tremec trouble

i've got a tremec t56. here the last couple of days when i go from 2nd to 3rd it feels like it wont fully go in and then it will pop out then most of the time it stays also when in neutral i can here it spinning real rough not so much of a grind though. Somethings not right and i dont know what. I'm letting the car cool down and then i'm gonna go check the fluid level. Please help if u can.

sounds like the same problems i had with my tremek t45... Id have to say the synchros are shot. I ended up replacing all of my gears. This is very discancerning hearing this from someone with the all mighty t56. how many miles? do you race it?

i just got the car the guy that had it before me did the swap. He ran it a few times but i never have. Too bad it didnt show it's ugly face when i got it. Hell i drove 200 miles with it when i brought it back. So you think synchros? How much did you pay for your fix?
