Tri - Ax Shifter

My shifter, when going from Neutral to 1st, is VERY hard to get into. You have to be buff to get it in smoothly. Is everyone like this? My 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th, 4th to 5th are all smooth. Also neutral to 2nd is kinda hard, but not like 1st.

i have the same problem when trying to put it into 1st, it is also difficult putting it from neutral to reverse
