Been a member for a while. Great site with a lot of information. Im about to order a set of trick flow 170 heads. Do these heads use 1/2 inch head bolts or are they the 7/16?
I believe all T-dubb heads have what is basically a counter bored head bolt hole- it's stepped so you can run the smaller 302 head bolts, but if you ever want to raise your game up to the 1/2" bolts, you just drill out the rest of the hole to clear the bigger bolt. This was the case for my 205s, and I was lead to believe they all are that way. Maybe someone like Rick 91GT can confirm.
