trick flow intake question

is the suppose to be a cut through the bottom bolt hole in front of the intake. i know theres a cut in the middle of of the intake but theres a cut through the bottom of the bolt hole how im suppose to tork it down

Yup that is suppoesed to be like that. It's so the fuel rails will clear i thought the same thing when i got my track heat intake. I was like wtf i just spent $500 on an intake and it's all f***ed up. But it is supposed to be machined like that . Stupid i thought but hey what can you do .
