trim piece help??

has anyone ever seen this trim piece before?? some asshat drilled 4 (count 'em, FOUR) holes in my front bumper to mount a license plate frame and now I'm looking to clean it up without having the whole bumper bondoed/resprayed... i found this hatch with this trim piece where the license plate frame and the word "MUSTANG" usually goes on the typical LX front bumper... i've never seen this on another car before, i dont think it is on most of the stalker front bumpers, but I really like it... has anyone seen this or know where to buy it? i'm pointing to it with a red arrow in this pic in case my description wasn't clear enough, thanks!

i think i saw that on late model resto's site but in not sure. seems like it was a saleen or something like that part.
