Trouble Code Help "P0690"

On the way home tonight I got into the pedal because there was no one around and after I noticed a popped a CEL I slowed down then to see if the car was running ok, and it was. So when i get to the house (which isnt that far) i plugged in the predator and i read the code and I came up with P0690 = ECM / PCM Power Relay Sense Circuit High. Has anyone gotten this before? This is my first time getting this and I would like to find out how serious this is. Thanks in advance.

This DTC sets when the PATS system indicates the key is in the OFF,ACC or LOCK position and the ignition switch postion run circuit indictaes ON or Start position
