Tryin to get my baby running before summer..HELP!!!

I put my vortech charger in months ago but with the onset of a Jersey winter and my car scheduled to go in for paint I was unable to get all the bugs worked out of it. My main problem has to do with what I thought was fuel but now I am not sure. I have dual pumps and upgraded EVERYTHING and the car seems to "pop" during idle and then at about 3000 RPMs just doesnt want to go anymore. Also if I give it to much throttle the same problem occurs. I have the makings for a 700hp car and I cant even drive it 55mph so you can imagine how I feel I am sure. Anyway, I started with a full block built by Pat Musey and then added MSD ignition, coil, distributor, battery relocater kit, gt40 heads, cobra intake, and much more. It had a problem similar to this since I purchased it almost two years ago, but it got worse when the charger was put on. I am willing to do just about anything at this point and before I get "raped" at my local speedshop I would love to get some suggestions as to what could cause this issue. Thanks, Eric

Well, I dunno what your problem is, but you're not gunna make 700 hp with GT 40 heads.
